How much is the conference fee?

The conference fee is 340 EUR (excl. 21% VAT). This price is for the 2 days (there won't be offered any one day tickets).

The conference fee does not include any accomodation costs. All registrants are liable to pay Belgian VAT at 21%.

What do I get for this amount?

The admission fee is all-in, so including all consumptions during breaks, lunches, evening reception. Even the parking is included.

Can separate tickets be bought to attend the evening reception?

Access to the reception on Thursday evening is included in the above cited conference fee. If you can't spend 2 days at the conference, or if you want to invite your relations, then a separate ticket can be purchased. This ticket will give you access to the reception & expo area on Thursday 29 september 2011.

The admission fee is 60 EUR (excl. 21% VAT). All registrants are liable to pay Belgian VAT at 21%.

Why do I have to pay 21% VAT if my company is not located in Belgium?

Under EU Customs and Excise Regulations, delegates from all the countries are required to pay VAT on any event taking place in the EU.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, sure.

The invoice will be send to the e-mail address that was specified when registering, after we have received your payment. If you payed by PayPal, this is usually the same day. For bank transfers, this can take some days. Your payment must reach us within 7 days (= one week) after registation. After that period, your registration is cancelled automatically if no payment is received!

Please be sure your spam filters will allow mail from registration AT navtechdays.com, otherwise you won't receive the payment details mail.

Why should I attend?

We can think of numerous reasons why you should go to this event:

  • You can blog directly from the conference, as we have arranged wireless Internet access.
  • Because of the all-in price: there are no surprises. You don't even need to pay for the food nor drinks.
  • Because you attended the mibuso.conference in 2009 and requested to make it a yearly event.
  • Because you did not attend the mibuso.conference in 2009 and you wished you had.
  • Because of the location: Antwerp is a very nice place. So why not stay for the weekend to visit town (and do some shopping).

This is the 2nd conference. How was the first one?

The mibuso.conference of 2009 was a social event, to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the mibuso.com website. The agenda was a mix of fun & educational sessions, ending with a walking dinner and some live music.

We thought it was a great first conference. But don't take our word for it. Have a look at some images on the mibuso.conference 2009 website: http://www.mibusoconference.com.

Are there any speaker opportunities?

All sessions are filled in, so we don't require any more speakers.

Do you offer group discounts?

For every 4 full conference tickets bought, you'll get one extra ticket for free. When you buy 4 tickets you can send 5 people to the conference, when you buy 8 tickets you can send 10 people, etc. All registrations should be done using the same company details & invoice address. Please use the contact page to let us know how many tickets will be bought, so we can create the correct invoice.

Now you can send all of your NAV developers to this conference, without spending all of your training budget.

What is the Confidentiality Agreement about?

Microsoft will provide information about Dynamics NAV '7.0' which has not been disclosed before and will not be available for the public until the product is released. Because of this Microsoft will require you to sign a Confidentiality Agreement (see Wikipedia) before you can get access to these sessions.

This agreement can be signed during the conference, at the MS signing booth.

Where can I download the presentations?

The PowerPoint presentations are available for download on mibuso.com (see download category NAV TechDays 2011). All 12 sessions were also recorded (output of screen captured with speaker's voice) and are available for download as well. The 4 sessions where the Confidentially Agreement is applicable, will be put on-line when NAV "7.0" is released or when Microsoft gives permission to make them available.

When is the next edition of this conference?

A new edition is planned this year.
Last year's conference proved to be very successful, therefore we are not going to change the overall concept. Again it will be dedicated to Microsoft Dynamics NAV developers & consultants, offering lots of technical sessions and interaction with the Microsoft product team.
